Founder
Bryan Roberts is the founder and owner of ShrinkMasters and a lifelong resident of Franklin, Indiana. A former collegiate football player at the University of Indianapolis (UIndy), Bryan brings a strong foundation of discipline, leadership, and commitment to the business he built from the ground up.
Since founding ShrinkMasters, he has led the company’s growth into a trusted provider of commercial and industrial shrink-wrapping services, serving clients across Indiana and neighboring states. Bryan’s leadership continues to guide the company’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, and high-quality service.
Grant Roberts
Partner
Grant Roberts serves as CEO of ShrinkMasters, where he oversees company strategy, sales, and financial operations. As the son of founder Bryan Roberts, Grant brings a fresh perspective to the business while upholding the values that built the company’s foundation.
With a background in business development and financial management, Grant plays a key role in driving growth, maintaining operational efficiency, and expanding client relationships across the Midwest.
